Selamectin for the treatment of Sarcoptic Mange

I found some topical drops that claim to treat Sarcoptic Mange on dogs it also treats a host of other parasites: worms, ear mites, ticks, flea’s ect. Does anyone know anything about this product. Good or Bad let me know.
